The Journey Begins
Our Story
Strata Medical and HappyGAS™ began with a simple goal: make medical office procedures easier. In 2011, Mark Aldana, CEO of Strata Medical Innovations, Inc., created a portable nitrous oxide system without bulky equipment, complex setups or high costs.
Today, HappyGAS™ is delivering rapid comfort to patients and by extension to healthcare professionals. A happy patient is a happy doctor and staff.
Mark Aldana
Mark Aldana is the CEO and President of Strata Medical Innovations, the company behind disposable nitrous oxide dispensers designed to make patients happy and reduce stress during medical office procedures. He holds a BS in Biology from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Houston, reflecting a strong foundation in both science and business leadership.
In 2011, Aldana invented the portable dissspppensers which delivers controlled doses of medical-grade nitrous oxide to provide immediate stress reduction and make patients happy without requiring extensive training or complex equipment. Aldana aimed at healthcare professionals to educate about nitrous oxide uses and benefits in clinical settings.
Under Aldana’s leadership, Strata Medical has focused on bringing this technology to clinicians, wellness practitioners and authorized distributors worldwide, working toward broader adoption of the HappyGAS products.
